  1. Neoen Australia unveiled a massive solar-plus-wind-plus-storage project that will combine 1.2 GW of wind with 600 MW of solar and up to 900 MW of battery energy storage..
  2. Los Angeles’s Department of Water and Power  (LADWP) approved the contract for the 400-MW Eland Project incorporating 400 MW of PV with 300MW/1200MWh of storage.
  3. Ireland’s Leinster province will be welcoming a €300-million, 200-MW battery storage project for frequency regulation and renewable integration.
  4. Solis RE will earmark Victoria’s Gippsland region with a massive solar and battery energy park. The project’s first phase will couple 50 MW of solar with 50 MWh of storage whilst future phases are expected to host two additional sites with 250 MW of solar and 250 MWh of batteries each.
  5. The European Investment Bank (EIB) is conferring about a shift of its multibillion energy investment strategy to support energy storage more decisively.
